     AN ACT relating to venue in civil actions including the Commonwealth and its agencies.
     Amend various sections of the Kentucky Revised Statutes relating to modify standards for venue and jurisdiction in actions involving the Commonwealth and its offices and agencies.


     SFA (1, D. Williams) - Include amendment to KRS 452.405 to provide for a default venue rule for actions brought against statewide public agencies and to create a process for effectuating statewide venue and court assignment for certain actions brought against statewide public agencies and state officers.
