SB 92 (BR 1244) - D. Boswell

     AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Soil and Water Conservation Commission.
     Amend KRS 262.010 to define "infrastructure;" amend KRS 262.620 to include infrastructure and require amortization of infrastructure in the same manner as equipment; require the Division of Conservation be listed on the deed with the district; require the district to consult with the Division of Conservation prior to dispossessing of property if paid for with funds from the division; amend KRS 262.630 to include record keeping procedures for infrastructure acquisitions; amend KRS 262.610 to include authorizing the Soil and Water Conservation Commission to assist in acquisition of infrastructure; amend 262.640 to specify the method or payment or amortization on an infrastructure acquisition by a Soil and Water Conservation District; amend KRS 262.650 to allow districts to combine for the purpose of acquiring infrastructure; and amend KRS 262.748 and KRS 262.778 to conform subsection numbering.
