     AN ACT relating to the Medical Assistance Program.
     Amend KRS 205.560 to require the Department for Medicaid Services to develop a specific form and guidelines for assessing the credentials of dentists applying for participation in the Medical Assistance Program.

SB 98 - AMENDMENTS


     SFA (1, E. Scorsone) - Amend KRS 205.560 to establish that the Department for Medicaid Services will provide immunization for the human papillomavirus for enrollees ages 19 to 26 who voluntarily choose to receive the immunization and for enrollees ages 9 to 18 whose parents voluntarily choose to have the enrollee immunized.
