     AN ACT relating to residential energy incentives.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to define residential solar energy system, upgraded insulation, energy-efficient windows and storm doors, and geothermal heat pump; create a new section of KRS 141 to create nonrefundable corporate, individual, and limited liability entity income tax credits of specified maximum limits for new and existing homes and not to exceed thirty percent of installed cost of purchase and construction; require annual reporting of gross amount of credits and number of each type beginning no later than May 1, 2010, and on or before every September 1 thereafter to the Legislative Research Commission; amend KRS 141.0205 to conform.
