     AN ACT relating to the burial of indigent veterans.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 40 to establish an Indigent Veterans' Burial Program and an Indigent Veterans' Burial Trust Fund; require the Department of Veterans' Affairs to oversee the Indigent Veterans' Burial Trust Fund; require the Department of Veterans' Affairs to promulgate administrative regulations to implement the Indigent Veterans' Burial Program; require the Department of Veterans' Affairs to coordinate with the Department of Military Affairs and the veterans' service organizations to determine the eligibility of an indigent veteran for the Indigent Veterans' Burial Program; require the Department of Veterans' Affairs to coordinate the Indigent Veterans' Burial Program with the Department of Military Affairs, the veterans' service organizations, and the Kentucky Funeral Directors' Association.
