     AN ACT relating to special license plates.
     Amend KRS 186.041 to allow persons eligible for a Gold Star Spouses license plate to receive up to two plates annually for vehicles they own or lease; amend KRS 186.162, to make spouses eligible for Gold Star Spouses license plate, and exempt from fees; amend KRS 186.164 to make mothers and spouses eligible for membership in Gold Star Mothers of America or Gold Star Wives of America associations eligible for license plates.
