AN ACT relating to voluntary agreements for the demolition or removal of dilapidated buildings.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 381 relating to voluntary agreements between a county and a property owner for the demolition or removal of dilapidated buildings; define or identify certain items and conditions for inclusion in voluntary agreements for demolition or removal; require notice to all property owners contiguous to the property on which the dilapidated building exists that the building is to be demolished or removed; prohibit county officials or employees or relative of county official or employee from any interests relating to an agreement for the demolition or removal of dilapidated buildings.
