AN ACT relating to aviation security.
Create several new sections of KRS Chapter 183 and amend KRS 183.990 to establish several new state offenses relating to aviation security including aircraft piracy, transporting hazardous material, interfering with security personnel, interfering with flight crew, carrying a weapon on a plane, and providing false information in regard to aviation security, with the elements of the offenses patterned on existing federal aviation security law.
