HB 457 (BR 1457) - A. Wuchner, R. Webb

     AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.623 to provide retirees of the Kentucky Employees Retirement System, County Employees Retirement System, and the State Police Retirement System who are age 65 or older as of effective date of this Act with the choice of receiving benefit payments by check instead of direct deposit if the retiree files the appropriate forms by December 31, 2008; provide that the Act shall be known as the "Clancy Barnes Act."
