AN ACT relating to domestic relations.
Amend KRS 403.725 to provide that a domestic violence protective order may be obtained in the county of temporary or permanent residence or the county where the act occurred; amend KRS 403.765 to provide that protective order issued in one jurisdiction may be transferred to another jurisdiction where a domestic relations action is pending.
