AN ACT relating to probate fees.
Amend KRS 61.315 to give the Department of Military Affairs the authority to promulgate administrative regulations and conduct administrative hearings regarding eligibility for death gratuity benefits; exempt from probate fees the estates of people whose families would be eligible for the death gratuity benefits.
