     AN ACT relating to school attendance.
     Amend KRS 158.070 to allow students to be counted present at school when participating in school sponsored regional or state sports competitions sanctioned by the Kentucky Board of Education or the agency designated by the board to manage interscholastic athletics if the competition occurs on a regularly scheduled school day; amend KRS 158.649 to conform.
