AN ACT relating to electronic warrants.
Amend KRS 17.131 to require all criminal justice system participants, certain state agencies, the Courts of Justice, and the Administrative Office of the Courts to participate in the state-wide e-warrant system; provide that any entity that fails to participate as required shall be denied access to state and federal grants.
