     AN ACT relating to the operation of taxicabs and limousines.
     Amend KRS 281.014, to clarify the definitions of "city taxicab certificate", "city limousine certificate", "county taxicab certificate", and "county limousine certificate", to allow limousines and taxicabs authority to operate county wide, clarify the operating authority of taxicabs and limousines; amend KRS 281.6602 to allow current city taxicab and limousine certificate holders operating in a county with a city of the second class to be granted a county taxicab or limousine certificate.
