AN ACT relating to Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC), making an appropriation therefor, and declaring an emergency.
Establish Subchapter 60 of KRS Chapter 154 and create new sections thereof to establish the BRAC Economic Development Commission; create the BRAC economic development fund; appropriate debt service and authorize BRAC economic development fund bonds; EMERGENCY.
