AN ACT relating to disciplinary actions against dental professionals.
Amend KRS 313.130 to allow the Board of Dentistry to impose scope-of-practice restrictions on dentists; amend KRS 313.330 to allow the board to impose scope-of-practice restrictions on dental hygienists; amend KRS 313.990 to allow the board to levy administrative fines not exceeding $5,000 per offense for violations of KRS 313.130 or 313.140 and to allow the board to levy fines not exceeding $3,000 per offense for violations of KRS 313.330.
