AN ACT relating to service animals.
Amend KRS 258.085 to exempt service animals and service animals in training who are vaccinated from 10 day quarantine after biting a human.

SCS - Retain original provisions, except add a stipulation that service animals exempted shall be under control of a law enforcement agency.
