AN ACT relating to coal severance tax data.
Amend KRS 131.190 to require the Department of Revenue to produce a quarterly report detailing the coal severance tax received by taxpayer and the distribution of the tax to the counties; apply to data reported for returns received on or after January 1, 2009; amend KRS 42.455 to conform; specify that reports apply to data reported on returns received on or after January 1, 2009.
