     AN ACT relating to interscholastic extracurricular activity participation of students enrolled in home schools.
     Create new sections of KRS 158 to define "home school" and "interscholastic extracurricular activity"; identify the conditions under which a student enrolled in a home school may participate in interscholastic extracurricular activities; prohibit discrimination against home school student selection or participation in such activities; specify waiting period for participation when a student transfers from a public school to a home school; create short title.
