     AN ACT relating to projects, making an appropriation therefor, and declaring an emergency.
     Repeal and reenact 2008 Kentucky Acts Chapter 191, Sections 1, 2, and 3, which identified projects to be funded from Infrastructure for Economic Development Fund for Coal and Non-Coal Producing Counties' Bond Funds and provided that all projects be administered by the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority; establish legislative intent; set retroactive effective date; EMERGENCY.
