AN ACT relating to the gross revenues and excise tax fund.
Amend KRS 136.650 to increase the hold-harmless amount for purposes of the gross revenues and excise tax fund for fiscal year 2010 and thereafter; amend KRS 136.654 to require certifications of total tax receipts as determined necessary by the Department of Revenue.
