     AN ACT relating to surplus agricultural commodities.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 247 to establish a program in the Department of Agriculture to distribute agricultural food commodities to food banks; define "agricultural commodity" and "food bank"; establish a program to award grants to purchase and distribute agricultural commodities to food banks; set out requirements for receiving a grant; specify considerations for the purchase of agricultural commodities; require that a grantee shall report the results of a project to the department; create a Surplus Agricultural Commodities Advisory Committee; establish a Surplus Agricultural Commodities Fund; require the promulgation of administrative regulations.
