AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 533 to provide that a court cannot grant probation, shock probation, conditional discharge, pretrial diversion, or other nonimposition of sentence to persons who violate KRS 514.030 by stealing named emergency supplies during a declared disaster or declared emergency; apply the same restrictions to persons guilty of possession of emergency supplies under KRS 514.110 if those supplies were stolen during a declared disaster or emergency.
