AN ACT relating to motorcycles.
Amend KRS 186.010 to define "autocycle" and amend the definition of "motorcycle" to include an autocycle; amend KRS 189.125 to require a person operating or riding in an autocycle to wear a seatbelt; amend KRS 189.285 to exclude a person operating or riding in an autocycle from protective headgear and eye-protective device requirements; amend KRS 224.20-710, 224.20-755, and 224.20-760 to conform.
