     AN ACT relating to contaminated foods.
     Amend KRS 217.992 to increase the penalty for the manufacturing or sale of contaminated foods from a misdemeanor to a Class D felony and provide exceptions; amend KRS 507.040 and 508.060 to include the sale or disposition of contaminated foods as coming within the purview of those statutes.
