AN ACT relating to Kentucky Access.
Amend KRS 304.17B-015 to require Kentucky residency for eligibility in Kentucky Access and to provide that an individual who is eligible under another group health plan is not eligible for Kentucky Access.
HB 54 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Retain original provisions of the bill except amend KRS 344.040 to state that a difference in employee contribution rates between smokers and nonsmokers is not an unlawful practice and that the offering of incentives to participate in smoking cessation is not an unlawful practice.
