AN ACT relating to occupational taxes.
Amend KRS 67.750 to update the reference to the Internal Revenue Code to the code in effect on December 31, 2006, as amended.
HB 87 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain the original provisions of the bill except to provide that the Internal Revenue Code which applies is in effect on December 31, 2008, rather than 2006.
