AN ACT relating to consolidated local governments.
Amend KRS 67C.103 to allow consolidated local government councils to make audits and investigations of boards, agencies, and commissions where the council approves mayoral appointments and where boards, agencies, and commissions receive funds from the consolidated local government or have budgets in excess of $1,000,000.
