AN ACT relating to campaign finance.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 121 to permit the use of exploratory committees for the purposes of determining feasibility of candidacy; establish reporting requirements and subject exploratory committees to existing restrictions and penalty provisions; establish requirements for dispensing funds when exploratory committee is terminated; amend KRS 121.015 to add definition of "exploratory committee and "letter of intent."
