     AN ACT relating to the purchase of flags by public institutions.
     Amend KRS 2.030 and 2.040 to require official flags of the United States and the Commonwealth of Kentucky purchased by public institutions to be manufactured in the United States. Amend KRS 118.045 to require the United States flag purchased by the fiscal court for voting locations to be manufactured in the United States.
