AN ACT relating to the Building Inspectors' Financial Incentive Training Program Fund.
Amend KRS 198B.095 to change the annual funding for the Building Inspectors' Financial Incentive Training Program from $150,000 to $125,000; require that if the fund reaches a balance exceeding $125,000, funds annually resulting from plan review fees in excess of $125,000 shall be used solely for the operating costs of the Office of Housing, Buildings, and Construction's building inspection program; require that any interest earnings of the trust fund shall become a part of the fund and shall not lapse.
