AN ACT relating to hiring unauthorized aliens.
Create new sections of KRS Chapter 337 to provide definitions for provisions relating to the hiring of unauthorized aliens; prohibit persons transacting business with state or local governments and government agencies from hiring unauthorized aliens; provide for civil action by Attorney General, county attorney, or private citizen to enforce the provisions of the Act in Circuit Court and provide that violators be banned from contracting with public agencies for 5 years for violating the provisions of the Act.
