AN ACT relating to real estate brokers and salesmen.
Amend KRS 324.090 to require annual license renewal on a date specified by the commission through administrative regulation; amend KRS 324.112 to increase from 50 to 100 miles the radius outside of which a principal broker is required to have a broker managing a branch office; permit a sales associate with 2 years experience to manage a branch office within 100 mile radius of the main office; amend KRS 324.330 to direct the commission to require licensees to provide a telephone number and email address, or both, at annual renewal; amend KRS 324.410 to increase from 60 to 120 days after the end of the fiscal year the time frame within the commission shall make public income and expenses from the real estate education, research, and recovery fund.

SFA (1, D. Seum) - Retain original provisions; amend KRS 324.410 to allow proceeds from the real estate education, research, and recovery fund to be used for operational and administrative activities related to the fund.
