SB 114 (BR 1275) - G. Tapp

     AN ACT relating to school facilities.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 162, notwithstanding any other statute or administrative regulation to the contrary, to permit any nonprofit finance corporation formed under KRS 162.385 to lease land from any government entity or agency for the purposes of constructing a school building site; the lease shall be for 1 year but may be extended from year to year for a minimum of 50 years.
