AN ACT relating to traffic lanes.
Amend KRS 189.340 to prohibit vehicles with a gross vehicle weight with any towed unit of 44,001 pounds or greater from traveling in the left lane on a limited access highway with a posted speed limite of 65 mph or greater; provide for exceptions.
