AN ACT relating to the Board of Veterinary Examiners.
Amend KRS 321.230 to add the state veterinarian or the veterinarian's designee to the board; create a new section of KRS Chapter 321 to assign supervisory duties over the Board of Veterinary Examiners to the Commissioner of Agriculture or the Commissioner's designee; amend KRS 321.360 to grant administrative appeal of final actions by the board to the Commissioner of Agriculture or the Commissioner's designee and grant judicial appeal of final orders of the Commissioner or the Commissioner's designee.
