AN ACT relating to medication-assisted therapy in community pharmacies.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 205 to establish a pilot program to create a community pharmacy care delivery model for medication-assisted therapy for treatment of substance abuse.
AMENDMENTS
HCS1/FN - Retain original provisions, except remove a payment requirement for the Department for Medicaid Services, clarify that services are for medications that are noncontrolled substances, include a pilot program data collection requirement, and move Section 1 of the bill from KRS Chapter 205 to KRS Chapter 194A.
