AN ACT relating to occupational license taxes and declaring an emergency.
Amend KRS 68.197 to apply its provisions to counties with populations less than 300,000; remove the cap of one percent on license fees; remove crediting provisions between the county and the cities, except as by agreement between the city and the county; amend KRS 68.604 to conform; repeal KRS 68.198 and 68.199; EMERGENCY.
