AN ACT relating to screening for hepatitis C.
Amend KRS 214.160 to establish that all pregnant women be tested for hepatitis C and recommend testing for children born from a pregnant woman who has a positive hepatitis C test result.
AMENDMENTS
HFA1( A. Wuchner ) - Establish that the requirement for testing and screenings established pursuant to KRS 214.160 shall end December 31, 2018, unless reviewed and recommend to continue by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services and reauthorized by the General Assembly.
