AN ACT relating to the posting of signage to prevent human trafficking.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 211 to list businesses and entities and require those entities to prominently post a notice about human trafficking and include a toll-free number and a number for receiving text messages; require the Department for Public Health to create and make a notice available on its Web site; establish a penalty for noncompliance.
