     Urge Kentucky's community and technical colleges, state universities, private colleges, accredited educational facilities, and trade schools to work in cooperation and partnership with private industry, trade groups, and organizations to examine the feasibility of developing a certification and training program, including on-the-job internship opportunities for heavy equipment operators and commercial drivers' licenses to support Kentucky's industries.
