Create the Diabetes Medical Emergency Response Task Force to study and develop recommendations to address the emergent medical needs of individuals diagnosed with diabetes; outline task force membership; require the task force to meet at least bimonthly during the 2018 Interim and to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislative Research Commission by December 1, 2018.
