     AN ACT proposing to amend Sections 30 and 31 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to elections of members of the General Assembly.
     Propose to amend Sections 30 and 31 of the Constitution of Kentucky to increase the number of years in a term for a Senator from four to six years and to increase the number of years in a term for a Representative from two to four years beginning with the regular election in November 2020; submit to the voters for approval or disapproval.
