AN ACT relating to cosmetic services.
Amend KRS 317A.010 the define "beauty salon" and "nail salon" as either a fixed or mobile establishment; amend KRS 317A.060 to require the Cosmetologist Board to promulgate administrative regulations to establish inspection criteria for mobile salons; amend KRS 317A.155 to allow licensees to render services outside of a licensed establishment for persons suffering from a medical condition which limits physical mobility as attested by a physician in writing.
