AN ACT relating to public-private partnership projects.
Amend KRS 45A.077 to suspend the requirement for General Assembly approval for public-private partnership projects contracted for projects publicized prior to July 1, 2020; allow discussion of the project after public notice has been given of the proposal; remove requirement for approval of the Government Contract Review Committee of the public-private partnership contract.
AMENDMENTS
SCS1 - Retain original provisions; delete permission to allow discussion of the project after public notice has been given of the proposal.
