AN ACT relating to child abuse awareness and prevention.
Amend KRS 156.070 to permit the Kentucky Board of Education to establish age-appropriate education programs pertaining to the recognition of child physical, sexual, and emotional abuse and neglect and how to report suspected abuse; create a short title, "Erin's Law," for the amendments to KRS 156.070 contained in this Act and for KRS 156.095(7).
