     AN ACT relating to the electronic system for monitoring scheduled drug prescriptions.
     Amend KRS 218A.202 to permit an employer of a practitioner, pharmacist, or other person authorized to prescribe, administer, or dispense controlled substances to request data from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services as part of a bona fide specific investigation of prescribing or dispensing practices.
