Amend KRS 160.350 to allow an acting local school district superintendent to be appointed to the position of superintendent.

SFA (1, G. Williams) - Amend KRS 160.350 to prohibit an acting superintendent from being an applicant or being appointed to the position of superintendent.
SFA (2, G. Williams) - Amend KRS 160.350 to permit an acting superintendent to apply for the position or be appointed as a superintendent.
