AN ACT relating to income tax.
     Amend KRS 141.010 to exempt the total distributions from pension plans, annuity contracts, profit-sharing plans, retirement plans, or employee savings plans; amend KRS 141.021, 21.470,61.690, 67A.350, 161.700, 162.2871, and 161.569 to conform; repeal KRS 141.0215 and 141.0105.
