AN ACT relating to procurement.
     Amend KRS 45A.080 to provide that supporting documentation and supplemental information submitted by any responsive bidder in a competitive bidding process shall not be released until the contract is awarded, all bids are rejected and the purchasing agency indicates that the contract will not be rebid within six months, or the contracting agency rejects all bids and enters into competitive negotiations, which result in the rejection of all bids.
